Fees

SAS Fininfra’s fees are calculated in accordance with the following scale, based on the gross value of the assets sold, exclusive of taxes (VAT at the rate in force at the time of the transaction to be added):

Transactions involving the sale of a business (asset deals) or company shares:
5% excl. VAT, with a minimum fee of €35,000 excl. VAT

The fees shall be payable on the date of execution of the final transaction documents and shall be borne by the seller.
